As per revised allowances in reference to financial circular no.13/2010 dt:-04-01-2011 for LODA, shows either P&M, Protection Engineers are not allowed to come office through car, but operation engineers (with same basic pay) are allowed or this circular requires amendment.

if it shows negligence of P&M, Protection Engineers on the ground of two different corporation.

as per transfer policy all engineers of PSEGB are employees of PSPCL and PSPCL fails to put all engineers in one row.
