The joint protest rally of the Co-ordination Committee of Employees and Engineers of Central Zone, PSEB, Ludhiana, was held at the Mini Secretariat here, in which all the employees and officers of the zone participated in their full strength.

The members of the JAC demanded immediate implementation of the new pay scales as unanimously recommended by the Wage Formulation Committee granting revised pay scale. The rally was addressed by the leaders of the all trade unions and associations viz. PSEB Employees Joint Form, PSEB Employees Engineer Association, PSEB JE Council, Accounts and Administrative Officers Association. The leaders said that the Punjab government was deliberately delaying implementation of the recommendations of the Wage Formulation Committee.
