PSEB today promoted S C Chabba Dy. Chief Engineer Ropar thermal plant as Chief Engineer /civil design and construction Patiala
Chabba has been associated with Ropar thermal plant for the last 22 years in various capacities from assistant executive engineer to Dy. Chief Engineer. He supervised
the construction of Ropar thermal plant and thereafter he has been associated with civil maintenance work for last eight years

He is known for tough stand against corruption and has been
spearheading a crusade against this evil. His tenure of about 5 years as Deputy Chief Engineer of Civil Maintenance Circle prior to this promotion saw a turnaround in the working of civil organisation that became a 'zero corruption' circle of plant
He is Senior Vice President of PSEB Engineers' Association.
