MPSEB staffers yet to get February salary

Bhopal: Despite a revenue collection of around Rs.591 crore last month, 50,000-odd staffers, besides pensioners of Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB) have not yet received their monthly dues for February.

“The MPSEB pays dues on the last working day or the last date of the month to its employees and pensioners but for want of funds this couldn't happen,” a MPSEB senior officer said.

“Our revenue collection has been around Rs.591 crore last month and expenditure was around Rs.900 crore average,” he said.
