It is truly sad that none of the young engineers recruited by POWERCOM has been sent to BBMB.BBMB has become so alien to all in a matter of few years.My heart bleeds when i see,renovation and moderenisation of bhakra left bank power house is being carried out these days and no young engineer from any of power utilities is involved in the process.Our association always advocate for carying out power projects at our own.Is this be possible in next few years, when all experienced engineers will retire and no one will be capable and confident enough to handle highly technical jobs.Matter needs introspection by young engineers and serious thinking on posting and placement policy by all those who matters.
