A great injustice has been done to Techies(Who have not completed 16years of service before notification of new scales) by Non declaration of Cadre Wise Scales and TBS in new scales by our organisation.
Now,techies are always at receiving end.we at BBMB feel this pinch more than our friends in parent dept.Even AEs of Hariyana Power utilities reporting to us but having completed service of 12 years (generally they get promotion in less than 12 years) are drawing salaries more than us.It is strange that when 16 year TBS has been granted to a person who has completed 16 years service before notification ,why it is being denied to those who have completed this after notification. Our association should vehemently take this issue at highest level.At least this should be granted to us.In the worst unlikely scenario in which this TBS is made admissible say after 18 years,dept. is free to make recoveries. Non notification of cadre wise scales has further put many of our engineers in misery vis-a-vis Accounts wing.
