At this platform I want to share few facts on the mobile facility given to PSEB officers & staff.
1. Every mobile connection should be provided pre-activated roaming facility. There should not be any formality of sending a fax from HOD to Gez section for activation of roaming, every time the officer going on tour. Here I want to clear whether an officer is going on personal tour, he is part of PSEB and any kind of his assistance or guidance may be required during his leave. So roaming should be pre-activated.
2. In thermal Supervisor & JS/Foremen are in JE and AAE rank. In field or in thermals JE/AAEs are provided mobile connections by the efforts of JE council but Sup/JS/Foremen are not provided the connection so far. We have taken up this case to our immediate seniors so many times but no body is ready to take up their case to higher authorities. In plant Sup/JSs/Foremen are directly involve in the maintenance job like ALM/LM in the field. Our higher bosses should thought of it.
3. In plants P&T numbers in UCB can be replaced with the FCT numbers of corporate scheme, if possible.
