PSPCL releases vision document

Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) KD Chaudhri has released the corporation’s vision, mission and core values statements. He said that with a view to motivate the employees of corporation and achieve goal of providing best of services to electricity consumers of Punjab, the vision, mission and core values have clearly been defined. Chaudhri informed that stress will be on improving efficiency in every field to achieve the vision to be a self reliant institution. He added that from last two years tremendous work has been done to achieve the defined the mission of customer centric approach and excellence in performance standards. He said that the core values such as dedication, commitment, trustworthy, and transparency are the soul of the organisation. He added that the statements have been released for every employee to follow these in true spirits.

“These statements will be affixed in every employee’s room to constantly remind each of them about what the organisation expects them to achieve. It will certainly have positive results,” he said.

During the release of vision of PSPCL, GSBachi, Director, Administration, Arun Kumar Verma, Director, Distribution, HC Seth, Director, Human Resources, Surinder Pal, Director, Commercial, and Suresh Arora, Chief Engineer, HRD, were also present.
