While working in different official positions in PSEB on day to day basis, we come across various regulations/guidelines framed for guidance to employees in handling official cases.These regulations/guidelines are ammended time to time as per latest feedback/requirement from different offices coming across different kind of difficulties in handling cases or official matters. Mostly people do not have the updated versions for want of latest amendments that don't reach in time to the quarters concerned. And there are many such regulations e.g. Works regulations, Purchase regulations, Delegations of Powers,and Business conduct regulations etc. to deal with. Thus,it is very difficult to keep track of all the changes that take place regarding these regulations. In order to overcome above difficulties,the latest duly updated regulations should be available in the offices ready for reference at all times.
For achieving this, it is suggested that all such regulations are uploaded on PSEB website and these are kept upto date by incorporating latest ammendments as and when there are any. By doing so all these regulations/guidelines would be available to us on the click of mouse. This will be great help to all in PSEB officers/officials dealing with different official cases.
A small office with two three persons will be easily able to manage this thing.We must think on these lines to have more efficient working.
