Great discrepancies in the scales of AEs & AEEs in the revised pay scales.

we are working as AE/AEEs in PSEB. We want to bring it to your kind notice that we have got negligible benefit in the recently revised pay scales as compared to pay already being drawn in the older scales. It is pertinent to mention here that almost all the categories have got major benefits even in some cases pay hike is almost double than the pay being drawn in the old scales.
Reasons for negligible pay hike according to our sense are as under:-
1. Enhancement of Basic pay to 10350 on attaining the pay of 9400/- is eliminated in the new pay scales. This enhancement was also being given to the to AEs in the earlier pay revisions.
2. On promotion of AEE, two increments were being given in the unrevised pay scales. Now, there is provision of giving one increment in new pay scales.

Hence there is net loss of 5 increments to the AE/AEEs in the new scales. In no category of PSEB has suffered such a huge loss of five increments that they have already earned and withdrawn.

It is also strnage that the account personnel of Pay & Accounts also refusing to grant increment on Promotion of PSEB. They are saying that promotion from AE to AEE has nowhere exists.
