Cashless LTC facility

Every employee in his service time goes to avail LTC facility some time or the other. After going to a place for LTC he is supposed to keep record of all the tickets/journey expenses (To and fro)for reimbursement by the department.In this respect a novel idea would be to empanel such travel agencies who could manage all the admissible travel expenses on behalf of the department for an employee wanting to avail LTC; which could be directly collected from department through modren methods.This would save the employees of the unnecessary hassles in keeping the minute records regarding journey.This would also bring uniformity in claims.This could also help saving to the Board as Board can always negotiate with the Vender( Travle Agency Empanelled ). Empanelling may be done on year to year basis and terms and conditions for packages admissible to different categories of the employees including quantity rebates can be determined easily at the time of acceptance of offer.This would definitely save some money of the public exchequer as well as employees would feel free to avail LTC without any hassles of arranging money before LTC journey and reimbursement of the same thereafter.
